The hotel was very pretty with the hacienda vibe. Everything was very clean. The pool water is not heated. They need new towels and bedding but other than that everything was nice

It’s beautiful, it has an awesome garden with a good swimming pool, and the view from San Miguel de Allende was spectacular.
Areas for improvement:
The location was okay, it was a little further than expected, and the streets to access are not wide at all so, most of the times there’s traffic due to people trying to enter and exit the same street...
